1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States
Shipping Method: Standard Insured Shipping
Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days
Cost: FREE
Note on Delivery Times: While most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to potential customs clearance delays or postal service bottlenecks.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active and scannable within 48 to 72 hours of dispatch.
You can track your package directly on our website or via the link provided in your email.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Zoomies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: For the vast majority of our US orders, packages pass through customs seamlessly without any additional fees.
5. Damages & Lost Packages

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as we will require photo documentation to process a free replacement or refund.
6. Incorrect Address Policy
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We work quickly to process and ship orders, so there is a very small window to correct an error. If you look at your confirmation email and notice an mistake, please email us immediately.
